Investment Highlights

Primed to rapidly define and expand a potential +1M oz Au maiden
resource at its drill-ready St. Anthony project in Ontario, Canada
– Option on 100% ownership with no royalties
– 4,224 ha property which hosts four historic mines, including the St.
Anthony mine (produced ~63K oz Au at 6.55 g/t Au and 16,000 oz Ag from
1941) in the Sturgeon Lake greenstone belt
• Mines were developed to depth of up to 200 m, but were not
fully mined/explored
• Past exploration success highlights significant exploration
potential and warrants follow-up work
– Over 200 holes have been drilled over the past century, which have
identified 22 gold occurrences
– Main mineralized structural corridor has been traced over 10 km of
strike with widths of up to 1.0 km
– Drilling in 2009/2010 tested a 350 m target near the historic St.
Anthony mine and demonstrated bulk tonnage and underground mining
• Intersected 54.0 m of 1.73 g/t Au (including 2 m of 20.29 g/t Au)
and 100 m of 1.37 g/t Au (including 13 m of 9.60 g/t Au and 1.0
m of 98.20 g/t Au)
• 15,000 m infill drill program underway targeting three high-grade
– Phase 1 will focus on the St. Anthony Mine plus extending the gold
bearing zone(s) to the north and south
• St. Anthony system has been drill tested across 450 m of strike
and to depths of ~300 m (open along strike and at depth)
– Phase 2/3 will test new gold potential at the Buckshaw, Couture
Lake and Lucky Bones areas
• Buckshaw: trend has been traced 1.4 km to the south into the Dawson White
deposit. Sample grades of up to 24.1 g/t Au
• Couture Lake: surface samples collected in 1937 from a 50 ft.
wide zone reportedly assayed up to 17.1 oz/t Au (north area)
• Lucky Bones: mineralized structural corridor extends over a +6
km strike with widths of 200-400 m (open for additional 7 km to
the south). Identified numerous shear zones and quartz veins
with widths of 8-10 m
• Exceptional re-rating potential upon exploration success
• Strategic portfolio of non-core gold assets within prolific
