Maxtech is a well financed mining exploration company that has assembled a good mix of financial, technical and entrepreneurial expertise to pursue exploration and development of mining prospects both internationally and in Canada. The Company will embark on a number of significant exploration programs in 2008. Initially, focus will be on upgrading resource estimates on some of the Company's prospects, followed by more extensive exploration programs where warranted.
Management will also continue to actively evaluate additional resource prospects for acquisition by the Company.
