Atlin
Overview

Maxtech has an option to acquire a 50% interest in this block of claims located 28 km from Atlin in northwest British Columbia, by paying $20,000 and spending $150,000 on exploration in 2007. The prospect consists of claims covering 2,772 hectares (6,850 acres) which are subject to a 2% net smelter returns ("NSR") royalty. One per cent (1%) of the NSR may be purchased by the Company for $1,000,000 at anytime prior to commercial production.

Seasonal access to the site is available from Atlin, via the Surprise Lake road through an informal road maintained during the summer months by the miners on Spruce Creek and O'Donnell River.

The primary targets on the claims are in terrain that is very open with a few copses of short alpine type spruce. The ground is gently rolling and has almost no rock outcrop. The trails, drill pads and trenching will be low-cost due to these factors.

In October 2007 the Company announced that it had retained the services of Geotronics Consulting Inc. to carry out 150 line-kilometers of ground magnetic and electromagnetic surveys in conjunction with an MMI soil sampling program and geological mapping on the optioned claims.

Geology

Atlin is the second most prolific producer of Placer Gold in British Columbia, after only the Caribou. It has produced several million ounces in the last hundred years. During this time there was an intensive search for the source of these rich placers. This search was concentrated in the current drainages that held the placers as this is where the sources are normally found. The BC Government conducted some satellite interpretation done by a Quaternary geologist that surprisingly indicated that the regional ice sheet had come from the south east rather that down the lakes from the north. This new model provides a transport mechanism for the gold to have traveled from the adjacent "misfit" valley of the Upper O'Donnell River and into the rich placers of Spruce, Otter, Wright and Pine Creeks.

It is believed that there are intrusive bodies on the claim group that are shedding gold that has accumulated in the local placers of the Upper O'Donnell. Several independent Laboratories have tested the gold and concluded that it has not traveled far from its source.

In the fall of 2003, the Atlin Targeted Geoscience Initiate (ATGI) concluded a million dollar study conducted jointly by the Federal and Provincial Geological Survey Branches. The ATGI report can be seen at the link below:

Geophysics

There is a subtle string of Electromagnetic lows anomalies that arc across the claim area.

Exploration on the Project

The program will be split into 2 phases, Geophysics first, then shallow drilling and trenching of the targets.

Phase One - Geophysics

The Company will carry out 150 line-kilometers of ground magnetic and electromagnetic surveys in conjunction with an MMI soil sampling program and geological mapping on the optioned claims.

Hackly gold particles are reported to have been found in drift deposits in 2004 on three Julia claims that form part of the Property. The source of the gold has yet to be to be located. The ground surveys are currently being undertaken with the aim to locate anomalous areas that will warrant further exploration including diamond drilling to evaluate significant anomalies.

This initial exploration program is anticipated to take approximately 45 days. Exploration work on the property is being conducted under the supervision of Qualified Person David G. Mark, P.Geo.

Phase Two - Shallow Drilling and Trenching

The parties will design a drilling and trenching program following completion of the first phase of the exploration program, if warranted.
